The legend for Fig 1A should also state "left eye" instead of "right eye." We would also like to provide an additional follow-up on our patient. She was examined by Dr Marianne Cowley on May 26,1992,22 months after surgery, and visual acuity was 20/30 +2 OS. Results of ophthalmoscopic examination were normal and there was no evidence of tumor recurrence.
