Koch's amendments to "Keratospeak IV" are accurate and clarify the options available to the surgeon. Look for them in "Keratospeak V." However, we will have to restrict our classification as an increasing number of lasers become available that perform essentially the same function; we will simply include them under a single category such as "laser intrastromal photodisruption." This is what we do now with "keratomileusis using a microkeratome"; we do not list every style of microkeratome that is used.
