Errors in Abstract and Table

In the article "Calcific Band Keratopathy Associated With the Use of Topical Steroid-Phosphate Preparations" published in the May 1994 issue of the Archives (1994;112:608-613) an error appears in the abstract on page 608 in the "Patients" section, second column, five lines from the top where the number of patients with a history of herpetic stromal keratitis should read "(n=3)." Also, on page 612 in Table 2, Case 3, the concentration of prednisolone phosphate should read "1.0%," not 0.1%.
