Error in Author Affiliation

The Viewpoint titled “Improving Reporting Quality in Ophthalmologic Observational Studies That Use Big Data: the Case of Retinal Detachment Associated With Fluoroquinolone Use,”1 which was published online on April 26, 2018, presented the affiliation of the second author erroneously. Rather than being affiliated with the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics in the Faculty of Medicine of University of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Dr David A. L. Maberley is affiliated with the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences in the Faculty of Medicine at the same university.
