Abstract

University of Pennsylvania Course in Otolaryngology, Bronchoesophagology, and Laryngeal Surgery.—The University of Pennsylvania will offer a full-time course of 4 months or 8 months in Otolaryngology, Bronchoesophagology, and Laryngeal Surgery, from October to January and from February to May. Hospitals, which previously could not spare the services of members of their house staffs for a full 8 months, can now take advantage of the new schedule and supplement their residency training programs with a single 4 month semester. Casselberry Award.—Manuscripts for the Casselberry Award must be in the hands of the Secretary of the American Laryngological Association prior to December 1.
