A 26-YEAR-OLD man presented with a several-year history of nonlateralizing nasal obstruction, sinus pressure, and occasional clear rhinorrhea. Plain sinus films (Figure 1) were obtained, and the patient was referred to otolaryngology for further evaluation. The patient's family history was significant for polyposis of the colon. In addition, the patient had undergone colectomy at an earlier age.
