As a head and neck (HN) surgeon and oropharyngeal cancer survivor,1 it is a great honor to discuss this article by Miller and Shuman2 advocating the prioritization of the cancer survivorship experience in head and neck cancer (HNC) survivorship care, to enhance the ability of HN oncologists to provide quality and patient-centered care across the cancer continuum.
