Laryngeal myxomas are benign tumors of mesenchymal origin. Most myxomas in the head and neck are odontogenic in origin, and the mandible is the most common site.1 Laryngeal myxomas are very rare; to our knowledge, only 6 cases have been reported in the English-language literature over the past 40 years.2-7
