Prof Kaiser-Meinhardt has succeeded in assembling for the physician, otolaryngologist, and the medical student an Atlas which contains characteristic photographs (most of them in color) and diagrams of almost all ear, nose, and throat diseases. Whoever purchases this Atlas will, like I, not lay it down before he has perused it completely.
A wealth of clinical material seen at the Charite in Berlin and experience gained from demonstrating ear, nose, and throat pathology in the clinic to physicians were the motivating factors in compiling this volume. Since the author is also a dentist, her chapter on diseases of the oral cavity is most outstanding, and all the clinical findings of this region are well illustrated.
The pathology of the nose and paranasal sinuses and the external ear is especially well documented.
