There is a typographical error in the article "A Technique for Rhinoplastic Surgery Anesthesia," by Dr. Murray Grossan, published in the October issue of the Archives. On page 429, left-hand column, third full paragraph, the first sentence should be corrected to read "100 mg of hydroxyzine lydrochloride in 4 cc of water."
