I am sorry a copy of this paper is not easily available to me as I would have enjoyed reading it in detail. I am hopeful that if these lesions are treated by early grafting, the amount of subsequent scar tissue may be significantly reduced. I do hope some of your readers will have an opportunity to evaluate the method further, and I would appreciate receiving a copy of the article referred to.
