Cryosurgical treatment of two hemangiomas proved to be functionally and cosmetically successful. One involved the right upper alveolar ridge and bled with chewing. After treatment no tumor was visible and the previously involved area was covered with normal appearing mucosae. The other was a calvarial hemangioma that presented as a protruding malar eminence. The reduction in the size of the lesion after treatment was cosmetically acceptable to the patient.
