The embryology, anatomy, differential diagnostic classifications, and clinical findings of nasal glioma are reviewed. Three case history summaries of diagnosed nasal glioma are presented. Of interest is the fact that one case occurred in an adult and in one case, tumor was found in the maxillary sinus, which, to our knowledge has never before been reported.
