Abstract

Hair transplantation has become a definite part of the modern-day esthetic surgeon's armamentarium. It is a highly satisfactory method of replacing growing hair on bald areas of the scalp. It is performed with minimal surgical risk, relatively few complications, and surprisingly good results in most patients.
