After describing some of the stratagems men use to camouflage age in order to survive better socially and emotionally, a new transoccipital incision that permits good peripheral antigravitational pull of all segments of the face is presented.
Calibration of the extent of the operation for each patient is stressed. Such an operation may extend from the small pinch-pull incisions to the peripheral approach for radical rejuvenation. This paper deals with the latter procedure.
