Abstract

This case of persistent stapedial artery is the 18th case ever described. The origin, course, and relationship of the artery in the temporal bone in this case has been reported and we have come to the conclusion that they are quite similar to those previously reported.

This case is the first to be associated with the trisomy 13-15 syndrome.
