An assessment of the possibility of a desirable esthetic result relative to the surgical anatomy evolves around a practical knowledge of the applicability of specific techniques. These techniques should be adapted for variations in basic projecting tip, recessed dependent tip, bulbous or wide tip, and bifurcated tip.
