Continued refinements in hair transplantation and modern male hair fashions account for the increasing number of younger individuals desiring early restoration of hair for framing the face. These are contributing factors which have stimulated world-wide interest in this procedure. Proper organization and orientation, utilization of larger punches, and rapid establishment of a continuous frontal hairline are important facets in attainment of the desired aesthetic result.
