Officers.—The new officers for the North Dakota Academy of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology are as follows: president, Charles Volk, MD, Bismarck; and secretary-treasurer, Ronald Henrickson, MD, Bismarck. There are approximately 40 members in the organization.

Course.—The 15th annual oculoplastic surgical dissection course will be conducted Oct 10-14, 1984, at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, in New York. This course is sponsored by the International Oculoplastic Society. It is approved for continuing medical education category 1 credit toward the American Medical Association's Physician's Recognition Award.

Society.—The Catalan Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Society is offering its 13th international course of otolaryngology entitled "Endoscopic Technics and Reproduction of the Image in ENT" to be conducted Nov 19-21, 1984, in Barcelona, Spain.
