Postgraduate Course.—The 23rd postgraduate course in ear surgery will be held from April 10 through 15, 1988, in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Surgery Symposium Announced.—The Center for Cranial Base Surgery, Eye and Ear Hospital, Presbyterian-University Hospital, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Division of Continuing Education, announce an international symposium on cranial base surgery. The symposium will be held Sept 13 through 17, 1988, at the Vista International Hotel, Pittsburgh. The course directors are Ivo Janecka, MD, and Laligam N.
