Midwinter Meeting.—The 1989 midwinter meeting of the Association for Research in Otolaryngology will take place at the Tradewinds on St Petersburg Beach (Fla), Feb 5 through 9, 1989. This year's meeting will have a variety of themes on topics concerning research in otolaryngology. Symposium Announced.—An "International Symposium on the Management of the Cranial Nerves in the Posterior Fossa: Pathology, Diagnosis, and Treatment" will be offered Sept 16 through 19, 1989, by the Clinica Otorinolaringoiatrica II, the University of Parma (Italy).
