The Aging Ear.—A seminar entitled "The Aging Ear: Current Concepts of the Etiology, Pathophysiology, Diagnosis, and Rehabilitation of Presbycusis" will be held June 1 through 3, 1989, at the Omni International Hotel, 1 St Louis Union Station. The seminar will provide up-to-date basic and clinical science information on the newest aspects of presbycusis, the most common cause of loss of hearing in man. Featured topics include biology of aging and a session on digital and implantable hearing aids. Cutaneous Flap Workshop.—The southwestern regional cutaneous flap workshop will be held on June 2 and 3, 1989, at the UCLA Center for Health Sciences. There will be 15 hours of Category 1 credit offered. Although this meeting is primarily designed for dermatologists, it will be of interest to other physicians as well.
