Abstract

THE CHILDREN'S FUND OF MICHIGAN  Senator James Couzens, of Michigan, has created a $10,000,000 fund to promote the health, welfare, happiness and development of the children of Michigan and elsewhere in the world. The Children's Fund of Michigan, the corporation which will administer the fund, will be under the direction of Dr. Hugo Freund. The total of Senator Couzen's gifts to children amounts to $17,000,000.

NEW BABY HOSPITAL AT DALLAS  Plans have been perfected for the new baby hospital at Dallas, Texas, made possible by the gift of $130,000 by T. L. Bradford. The hospital will have an outpatient department in the basement and will be used exclusively for babies under 5 years of age. This hospital is the direct outgrowth of the Dallas Baby Camp, which developed under the guidance of Dr. Leslie Moore.
