The author was for many years general counsel for the Medical Society of the State of New York, and from this experience he has written an interesting book. It contains parts on the relationship of the patients to the physician, the action for malpractice, the defense for malpractice, expert testimony, criminal law and the doctor on the witness stand.
The work is well written and readable. The subject is well put forward and should be of interest to any physician.
