In the article by Dr. Howard L. Alt entitled "Iron Deficiency in Pregnant Rats: Its Effect on the Young," in the November issue (Am. J. Dis. Child. 56:975, 1938), the expression in parentheses in the third line from the top of page 983 should read "about 0.5 to 0.6 mg." instead of "about 0.5 to 6 mg."
