Dr. Lucy Porter Sutton, who died on December 23 (Am. J. Dis. Child. 57:169 [Jan.] 1939), was assistant professor of pediatrics in the New York University College of Medicine for seven or eight years. She was especially well known for the development of the treatment of chorea by induced fever.
