This is a good discussion of the signs and symptoms of schizophrenia (dementia praecox) in children. The material for the book was obtained from an exhaustive survey of the literature and from extensive observations by the author on a small series of cases over a period of years. The chief value of the book lies in the critical analysis of the literature and in the bringing together of the meager collection of facts which make up the present day knowledge of this mental condition in children.
