To the Editor We read with interest the article by Taylor et al1 looking at the effect of baby-led complementary feeding on body mass index. This randomized clinical trial, Baby-Led Introduction to Solids (BLISS), compared a modified approach to baby-led weaning with routine care and found a trend toward increased body mass index z scores in the BLISS group.
