Reproductive health advocacy has become more essential than ever before. Despite the United States having one of the highest rates of teen pregnancy among developed countries, general discomfort and unfamiliarity still persist among pediatricians regarding pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection prevention as well as provision of contraception.1 That attitude must change.
