To the Editor We read with interest the publication by Kioumourtzoglou et al,1 identifying a link between grandmaternal diethylstilbesterol (DES) exposure and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in children.1 We certainly agree with the JAMA Pediatrics Editorial2 that this transgenerational association is novel and provocative.
