To the Editor We read with interest the large and impressive study by Barker et al1 that estimated the prevalence of anxiety and depression in children, adolescents, and young adults with life-limiting conditions by systematic review and meta-analysis.1 However, we think the prevalence of anxiety and depression is likely misestimated in this meta-analysis.
