To the Editor We read the Research Letter by Zeng et al on “Neonatal Early-Onset Infection With SARS-CoV-2 in 33 Neonates Born to Mothers With COVID-19 in Wuhan, China.”1 We are grateful to this group of Chinese investigators for sharing their experience because we all are facing similar issues.

Various investigators from Wuhan, China, have contributed to several articles related to such neonates.1,2 It would be helpful to clarify whether all cases reported by Zeng et al are new ones or a group already included in previous reports. This would allow for properly performing a systematic review of all cases without counting patients more than once.
