In the article by Dr. Abraham Kaplan on "Ependymoma of Lateral Ventricle," in the December issue, page 964, it was incorrectly stated that Dr. Joseph A. Trackman, New York, was called to treat an elderly woman. Dr. Trackman is a pediatrician. He was called to see one of his patients, a child with an infection of the upper respiratory tract. When his examination of the patient was completed his attention was called to another child, who was visiting in the house at the time. The second child was the subject of Dr. Kaplan's report.
