Twelve food value charts are presented, showing the recommended dietary allowances for dietary essentials at varying ages, as well as graphic and tabular listings of vitamin contents of various foods. Good and poor breakfasts and lunches are outlined, as are also Calories in those little snacks, and Calories and calcium in dairy products.

The set of 12 charts may be useful to health educators as a graphic and quick reference source for food values.
