First Asian Regional Paediatric Congress.—The First Asian Regional Paediatric Congress will be held in Singapore May 26-30, 1958. The regions invited are the Indian Sub-Continent, the Far East, South-East Asia, and Australasia. Any doctor who is interested in attending should write to the Organising Secretary, First Asian Regional Paediatric Congress, Paediatric Unit, General Hospital, Singapore 3.Oral Examinations of the American Board of Pediatrics in 1958.—The following rules will govern selection of candidates:
Candidates must have passed a written examination.
Candidates will be called in the order in which their applications were received. Since only a predetermined number can be examined orally in a given year, those enrolled for the written examination who are in excess of that number will be designated as "alternates." They may be called to fill vacancies that develop or may not be called until 1959.
