  2. On the Mechanisms of Simple Familial Hypophosphatemic Rickets

The simple familial hypophosphatemic rickets syndrome was studied in 6 children, 4 of whom were 2 years of age, who had received only the usual diet and vitamin D supplements. The studies included mineral balances, renal function and renal tubular handling of phosphorus, bone salt accretion, and vitamin D metabolism.
