Betsy Holland Gehman, author of "Twins: Twice the Trouble, Twice the Fun," was the mother of two single children when she somewhat unexpectedly found herself the mother of twins. A bit bewildered by the problems imposed by twin care vs single child care, she sought help from the voluminous literature available on baby care. To her surprise and dismay there was little to be found on twins. Nearly everything written was directed toward the single child. So she decided to correct the deficiency by writing a book on twins herself. And an excellent job she has done, too!

She offers numerous helpful suggestions as to how she met the everyday problems of feeding, bathing, diapering, sleeping, and mothering two instead of one. Long lists of essential equipment are presented and advice is given on
