Radioulnar Synostosis: A Common Occurrence in Sex Chromosomal Abnormalities

A review of the literature reporting Klinefelter's syndrome and its chromosomal variations revealed 18 cases of proximal radioulnar synostosis (RUS). The finding of proximal RUS in a single generation is suggestive of a sex chromosome abnormality.
