Abstract

American Academy of Pediatrics Postgraduate Course on Infectious Diseases.—The American Academy of Pediatrics will cosponsor a postgraduate course on Infectious Diseases with Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, Feb 17 through 19, 1972, under the chairmanship of Margaret H.D. Smith, MD. Topics of interest will include infections of the newborn, viral infections and immunology, the zoonoses, and chemoprophylaxis. Guest speakers will include John V. Bennett, MD, Center for Disease Control, Atlanta; Charles A. Alford, Jr., MD, University of Alabama Medical Center, Birmingham; and David T.
