Abstract

The diagnosis of systemic sclerosis in a 4-year-old girl was confirmed by histologic study. The patient, who has been followed-up for four years, has developed most grotesque features and now resembles a living mummy. This patient may represent the first reported juvenile case of diffuse scleroderma with severe extropion and exposure keratitis.
