To the Editor.—I read with interest the article by Norman, "Neurofibromatosis in a Family," in the February issue (123:159-160, 1972). Recently, I saw a child with pulmonary stenosis, café-au-lait spots, and mental retardation. The mother and sister of this child were also found to have a similiar condition.
I should like to propose the term "Watson's syndrome" for a combination of these three features since Dr. Watson first brought attention to it in 1967.
