Abstract

A case of oculoauricular vertebral dysplasia or Goldenhar syndrome is reported in association with sensorineural deafness and unilateral involvement of the ophthalmic division of the trigeminal nerve. The literature on oculoauricular vertebral dysplasia is reviewed and the genetic transmission, associated anomalies, and differential diagnosis are discussed.
