Response of Benign Mesenchymoma and Stridor to Corticosteroid

An unusual and highly vascular tumor in an infant responded to corticosteroid therapy. Clearing of severe stridor was repeatedly found to correlate with the dramatic decrease in size of benign, cervical mesenchymomas following therapy with dexamethasone.
