Disorders of the nervous system and associated abnormalities of development and behavior are frequently encountered in childhood. To aid physicians dealing with these problems, Dr. Jabbour and his collaborators from the University of Tennessee have written a handbook for "students of medicine at all levels of sophistication," which the authors further state, "is not a complete text but is to be used for familiarization and orientation." The Pediatric Neurology Handbook is designed to simplify relatively difficult and confusing neurological subjects.
