Child Development Fellowship.—The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center is offering a two-year fellowship to train academically oriented physicians in child development. Issues in Developmental Pediatrics.—The John F. Kennedy Institute, in cooperation with the Department of Pediatrics of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, announces a postgraduate course entitled "Issues in Developmental Pediatrics." This course will highlight problems facing the physician who deals with the developmentally handicapped child, by emphasizing aspects of diagnosis and treatment in such areas as mental deficiency, cerebral palsy, communication disorders, and learning disabilities. The conference will be presented by the staff of the John F. Kennedy Institute and selected guest speakers.
