• We report a case of congenital contractural arachnodactyly (CCA) diagnosed at birth. The newborn showed roentgenographic evidence of advanced bone age. As advanced skeletal maturity is rare in neonates and, to our knowledge, has been mentioned in only one other case of a patient with CCA, it is not known whether it is a coincidental finding or an integral part of the CCA syndrome.
