Cushing's Syndrome in Infancy Secondary to Pituitary Adenoma

• Surgical removal of a chromophobe adenoma in a 1-year-old with typical Cushing's syndrome led to a complete resolution of symptoms and signs. An incidental abnormality was the presence of cysts in lung and kidney.
