Incorrect Word.—In the letter to the editor titled "Parasitic Infections," published in the May AJDC (1984;138:507), a sentence contained an incorrect word. On page 507, in the "Reply" section, the sentence beginning on the 31st line in column 2 should have read: "In cases of suspected giardiasis in which stool examinations are negative, the presence or absence of G lamblia in the small intestine may need to be investigated by special techniques."
