In Reply.—We thank Dr Oudesluys-Murphy for reporting this mild case of hydrops fetalis in Noonan's syndrome that corroborates our observation. The incidence of nonimmune hydrops without congenital heart failure in Noonan's syndrome is unknown, and, hence, its significance in relation to the severity of the other manifestations of the syndrome remains to be determined.
