Error in Byline, Affiliation, and Author Contribution

JAMA Pediatr. 2018;172(9):891. doi:10.1001/jamapediatrics.2018.3179

In the Original Investigation titled “Association of Antenatal Micronutrient Supplementation With Adolescent Intellectual Development in Rural Western China: 14-Year Follow-up From a Randomized Clinical Trial,”1 published online July 9, 2018, there was an error in the byline, in an author affiliation, and in an author conflict of interest. The degree for Michael J. Dibley listed “PhD.” The listing should have been “MB, BS, MPH.” The affiliation for Suying Chang, PhD was listed as “United Nations Children’s Fund Office for China, Beijing, China.” The affiliation should have been “United Nations Children’s Fund, China Office, Beijing, China.” The Conflict of Interest Disclosures indicated “Dr Chang reported being the liaison officer for UNICEF (United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund) at the Ministry of Health in China.” The disclosure should have read “Dr Chang reported being a nutrition specialist at UNICEF (United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund). China Office.” This article was corrected online.
